Mother Earth Room

Our Mother Earth Room houses our second-floor statement piece: A two-story carving of a pregnant woman—Mother Earth—who is reaching for the sun.

This space is large and dynamic—it can easily adapt to meet your gathering space needs. We offer round and square tables, which can be arranged in any number of ways or removed all together to create a beautiful, open retreat space. A private kitchenette and bathrooms complete this space.

TRADITIONAL SIGNIFICANCE: Algonquin sculptor from Kizigenza Tee, Jeremy Dumont, created our powerful statement sculpture of Mother Earth. It is a tribute to the countless integral roles women hold as healers of the earth, water carriers, and life-givers. She greets all who enter the room and is surrounded by lush greenery and a living plant wall. A large fountain provides a soothing trickle of flowing water—another nod to the importance of water as a life source and our inherent relationship with water and the earth.
